126. איסור להתחבר אל רכב אחר ואיסור גרירה
תיקון: תש״ל־3
(א)הרוכב על אופניים לא יאחז ברכב אחר הנע בדרך, ולא יחבר אליו את רכבו באופן אחר.
(ב)לא יגרור אדם באופניים.
