לא ינהג אדם רכב כשחפץ נשרך ממנו על הדרך באופן הפוגע או הנוגע בדרך, למעט שרשרת הארקה המותקנת ברכב מטעמי בטיחות והיא קבועה מתחתיו ונשרכת מאחוריו.
