161. הפצת מודעות והשלכת חפצים
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תש״ל־10, תש״ם־3
(א)לא יפיץ אדם מודעה, כרוז או נייר מתוך רכב.
(ב)לא ישליך אדם חבילה, צרור, אשפה, פסולת או כל חפץ אחר מתוך רכב.
