172. בקשה לרשיון וחובת בדיקות ובחינות
תיקון: תשמ״ב־2
(א)מבקש רשיון נהיגה יגיש בקשה בטופס שניתן לקבלו במשרדי רשות הרישוי ולטופס יוצמד תצלום מדוייק שישקף במדה סבירה את פניו של המבקש.
(ב)מבקש רשיון נהיגה יעמוד בבדיקות ובבחינות כאמור בתקנות אלה.
