188. רשיון נהיגה למי שלא מלאו לו 18 שנים

(א)מותר לתת רישיון נהיגה דרגה A2 או דרגה 1 לאדם שמלאו לו שש עשרה שנים ובלבד שהמציא הסכמה בכתב למתן הרשיון מאת הורו או אפוטרופסו, אם טרם מלאו לו שבע עשרה שנים.
