194. אישור הרופא המוסמך
תיקון: תשל״ז־6, תשפ״ו־10
היה הרופא המוסמך סבור כי המבקש כשיר מבחינת בריאותו, בתנאים או ללא תנאים, לנהוג ברכב מן הסוג שלגביו הוגשה הבקשה לרשיון נהיגה, יתן לו אישור רפואי לנהיגה; הרופא המוסמך רשאי לקבוע באישור תנאים והגבלות המתחייבים מממצאי הבדיקות שערך או שנערכו לבקשתו, והמסמכים הרפואיים שהוצגו לפניו.
