197. כושר שמיעה
תיקון: תשל״ז־6, תשמ״ג־4, תשנ״ט־2, תשס״ה־4
(א)לא יינתן רשיון נהיגה לפי תקנות 184 עד 185 או היתר לפי תקנה 84(ה) ו־190 אלא למי שכושר השמיעה באוזן אחת לפחות שלו אינו פחות מ־40 דציבלים לפי ממוצע תדירויות 500, 1000 ו־2000 הרץ.
(ב)מבקש רשיון נהיגה רשאי להסתייע במכשיר שמיעה כדי להתאים את כושר שמיעתו לקבוע בתקנת משנה (א).
