206ג. תוצאת הבחינה המעשית בנהיגה
תיקון: תשע״ח־13
(א)רשות הרישוי תקבע את תוצאת הבחינה המעשית בנהיגה באופן ממוחשב, על פי שקלול ממוחשב של החיוויים כאמור בתקנה 206ב(ג).
(ב)רשות הרישוי תחליט אם לתת לנבחן רישיון נהיגה, לפי תוצאת הבחינה המעשית בנהיגה ותוצאות שאר הבחינות והבדיקות שנערכו לו לפי תקנות אלה והיא תמסור לנבחן הודעה על החלטתה בתוך יום עבודה אחד מביצוע הבחינה, במסרון או באמצעות מורה הנהיגה שלו, לפי בקשת הנבחן.
