214. משלוח ההזמנה
תיקון: תשס״א־5, תשס״ז־11, תשע״ז־3
הזמנה תישלח לבעל הרישיון בדואר רשום, לפי הכתובת שנרשמה במאגר נתוני הנהגים שבמשרד התחבורה, ויראו אותה כמסורה לבעל הרישיון בתום 15 ימים מיום משלוחה, אלא אם כן הכתובת הרשומה כאמור יסודה בטעות של רשות מרשויות המדינה.
