218. פטור מתחולת כללי התקנות
רשות הרישוי רשאית לפטור בהיתר בכתב, באופן כללי או למקרה מסויים מתחולת כל תקנה מתקנות חלק זה, ולקבוע בו תנאים, לבטלו או לשנות תנאיו.
