22. ציות לתמרורים
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תשל״א־4
(א)עובר דרך חייב לקיים את ההוראות הניתנות בתמרור, אולם תהיה הגנה טובה לנאשם אם יוכיח שהתמרור הוצב, סומן או נקבע שלא כדין.
(ב)האותות הניתנים על ידי רמזור, למעט אור צהוב מהבהב, יהיו עדיפים על כל תמרור הקובע מתן זכות קדימה.
