236. הוראה ברכב שאושר
(א)לא יורה אדם נהיגה ולא ירשה בעל בית ספר להורות נהיגה בבית ספרו אלא ברכב שאושר בכתב לצורך זה על ידי רשות הרישוי.
(ב)לא יינתן אישור אלא לרכב שקיים לגביו ביטוח סיכוני צד שלישי, להנחת דעת רשות הרישוי, שתקפו כתקופת תוקף האישור.
