261. סימני היכר ברכב
(א)רשות הרישוי רשאית, בהודעה שתפורסם ברשומות, לקבוע סימני היכר מיוחדים לרכב המשמש לצרכי הדרכה בנהיגה וכן את מידת הסימנים, צבעם, צורתם, מקומם ואופן ציונם על הרכב.
(ב)קבעה רשות הרישוי סימני היכר כאמור, חייב המדריך לסמן את הרכב לזמן ההדרכה כאמור; לא ינהג אדם ברכב המסומן כאמור אלא בזמן שמדריכים בו.
