תיקון: תשכ״ז־4, תש״ם־7
על אף האמור בתקנות 274 ו־276, לא יינתן רשיון לרכב שתקנה 364א חלה לגביו ולא יחודש רשיונו אלא אם נתקיימו הוראות התקנה האמורה.
