ניתן צו למינוי אפוטרופוס לנכסי חסוי בהתאם לחוק הכשרות המשפטית והאפוטרופסות, תשכ״ב–1962, והומצא הצו לרשות הרישוי, תירשם הערה ברשיון הרכב על מינוי אפוטרופוס.
