287א. רישום שינוי בעלות ברכב לימוד נהיגה
תיקון: תשס״ה־19, תש״ע־16
לא יאושר רישום שינוי בעלות ברכב, שצוין ברישיונו כרכב לימוד נהיגה, אלא בהיתר מאת רשות הרישוי ולא יינתן היתר כאמור אלא אם כן נרשם הרכב ברישיון בית ספר בהתאם לתקנה 225; לעניין תקנה זו, ובלי לגרוע מן האמור בתקנות 283 עד 284א, יראו שינוי בפרטי החוכר כאמור בתקנה 225(א)(2), כרישום שינוי בעלות ברכב.
