303. שמירת לוחית זיהוי
תיקון: תשנ״ו־7, תשס״ח־7, תשפ״ד־9
(א)לא יסיר אדם לוחית זיהוי מרכב אלא לשם החלפתה כאמור בתקנה 302 או לביטולה כאמור בתקנה 289, ולעניין רכב לתחבורה קלה – אם ביטל את הרישום על שמו של הרכב האמור לפי תקנה 299ד(א)(1).
(ב)לא יוסיף אדם על לוחית הזיהוי סימנים או מספרים על אלה שקבעה רשות הרישוי ולא ישנה בה דבר, לא יטשטש את צבעה ולא ישחית אותה בכל צורה שהיא.
