310. מתן תעודת תקינות
תיקון: תשל״ה־2, תשמ״ב־4, תשנ״ט־2, תשע״ד־5
(א)רכב שבוחן או שוטר מסר לגביו הודעת אי־שימוש כאמור בתקנה 308(א) והליקויים שבשלהם ניתנה הודעת אי־השימוש תוקנו בידי מפעל, ייתן עליו מנהלו המקצועי, לאחר סיום תיקון הרכב תעודת תקינות בחתימת ידו בטופס הערוך לפי טופס 4 שבתוספת השלוש עשרה והיא תשמש הוכחה כי הרכב תוקן.
(ב)הנותן תעודה ימסור בה פרטים נכונים ומלאים.
(ג)(בוטלה).
