383ג. סימון מונית ורכב פרטי בצבע מחזיר אור
תיקון: תשכ״ד־9, תשנ״א, תשנ״ו־2, תשס״ה־19, תשע״ח־3
(א)במונית וברכב פרטי ששנת ייצורו עד 1995 יהיה המגן האחורי מסומן בהתאם לאמור בפרט 28 1(ב) בחלק ג׳ לתוספת השניה.
(ב)על אף האמור בתקנת משנה (א), ברכב נוסעים פרטי ששנת ייצורו 1996 ואילך, יכול שיודבק במרכז הפגוש האחורי או על מרכב הרכב שמעליו סרט מחזיר אור ועליו הכתובת ”שמור מרחק“.
