39ז. תנועת מכונה ניידת רגלית
תיקון: תשס״ה־14, תשס״ו־8
(א)לא ינהג אדם במכונה ניידת רגלית אלא אם כן מלאו לו 16 שנים.
(ב)הנוהג במכונה ניידת רגלית לא יסיע עליו אדם אחר.
(ג)על אף האמור בתקנה 54 לא ינהג אדם במכונה ניידת רגלית במהירות העולה על 4 ק״מ בשעה.
