39טז1. שינויים באופניים עם מנוע עזר
תיקון: תשע״ט־6
לא ישנה אדם את המבנה של אופניים עם מנוע עזר, באופן שיגרום לכך שיחדל מלהתקיים בהם האמור בתווית הסימון כאמור בתוספת הארבע־עשרה, ואם הוא יצרן, יבואן או משווק של אופניים עם מנוע עזר – באופן שיחדלו מלהתקיים בהם פסקאות (1) עד (7) להגדרה אופניים עם מנוע עזר או דרישות תקנה 39טז(2)(א) או (ב), לפי העניין, כולן או חלקן.
