39י. נהיגת קלנועית
תיקון: תשס״ו־8, תשע״ה
(א)לא ינהג אדם בקלנועית אלא לאחר שמלאו לו שש עשרה שנים או שהוא נכה שמלאו לו ארבע עשרה שנים.
(ב)לא ינהג אדם בקלנועית אלא אם כן מצבו הגופני והנפשי מאפשר לו להפעילה בבטחה.
(ג)לא ינהג אדם בקלנועית אלא אם כן הוא בקיא בהפעלתה.
