41. אין פניה אלא בבטחה
תיקון: תש״ל־3
נוהג רכב לא יפנה ימינה או שמאלה תוך כדי נסיעה או כשהוא מתחיל לנסוע ולא יסטה מקו נסיעתו, אלא במהירות סבירה ובמידה שהוא יכול לעשות זאת בבטחה בלי להפריע את התנועה ובלי לסכן אדם או רכוש.
