418. שיחה בזמן הנהיגה
נהג לא ישוחח בזמן הנהיגה עם אדם אחר, לרבות עם הכרטיסן, אלא אם היה הדבר דרוש באותה שעה לביצוע תפקידו או בקשר לנסיעה, ובלבד שבשעת השיחה לא יפנה את ראשו אל בן־שיחתו.
