422. הפעלת מקלט רדיו וטלויזיה
תיקון: תשל״ז־6, תשמ״ו־4
(א)הנהג והכרטיסן לא יפעילו מקלט רדיו, מקלט טלויזיה או מכשיר אחר המשמיע קולות או צלילים באוטובוס בקול רם, הן בנסיעות עירוניות והן בבין־עירוניות, ועליהם להפסיק את פעולת הרמקולים המיועדים לנוסעים, וכן להנמיך קול הרמקול שלידם, לפי דרישת אחד הנוסעים.
(ב)לא יכוון הנהג את מקלט הרדיו או מכשיר כאמור בתקנת משנה (א) תוך כדי נהיגה.
