434. חובה כללית להסיע
תיקון: תשל״ג־2, תשל״ו־3, תש״ם־3, תשמ״א־6, תשמ״ד־4, תשמ״ו
(א)נהג וכרטיסן חייבים להסיע כל נוסע המוכן לשלם את שכר הנסיעה, בכפוף לאמור בחלק זה.
(ב)הנהג והכרטיסן חייבים להסיע נוסע שהציע שכר הנסיעה בשטר שערכו לא יעלה על מכפלת תעריף הנסיעה בעשר.
