החליטה ועדת המוניות כי מתקיימים במבקש כל תנאי הכשירות לקבלת רשיון להפעלת מונית, יוציא המפקח על התעבורה רשיון להפעלת מונית לאחר שהמבקש המציא אישור על תשלום האגרה לפי סעיף 14ה(א) לפקודה.
