תיקון: תשס״ב־7
רכב הרשום באזור לפי סעיף 38 לתוספת 1 בנספח iii להסכם הביניים, פטור מחובת רישום רכב ומחובת רישיון רכב לפי סעיף 2 לפקודה, ובלבד שיש לו רישיון רכב תקף שניתן לו באזור ומותקנות ברכב שתי לוחיות המציגות את מספר הרישום של הרכב כפי שנקבע באזור ואם הרכב גורר אחריו גרור – גם לוחית המציגה את מספר הרישום של הרכב מאחורי הגרור.
