תיקון: תשל״ב, תשע״ט־7
(א)הרשות רשאית לפטור מהוראות חלק זה, כולן או מקצתן, באופן כללי או למקרה מסויים.
(ב)הוראות חלק זה לא יחולו על רכב של צה״ל אשר חלות לגביו הוראות הבטיחות שנקבעו בפקודות הצבא כמשמעותן בחוק השיפוט הצבאי, התשט״ו–1955, בשים לב להוראות לפי חלק זה, ושהובאו לידיעת הרשות עם קביעתן או שינוין או לפי דרישתה.
