86. הובלת מטען בתפזורת
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תשמ״ב־4, תשפ״א־11
לא יוביל אדם ולא ירשה לאחר להוביל ברכב מטען בתפזורת אלא ברכב שיועד לכך, כאשר גובה המטען אינו עולה על גובה דופנות הארגז של הרכב, לרבות הסולמות שהותקנו כדין ברכב, וכשהמטען מכוסה באופן שימנע התאבכות אבק או שפיכת כל חומר ממנו בהתאם לדרישות פרק ד׳ בתקן אבטחת מטענים.
