95. הפצת אור והשמעת קול
תיקון: תש״ל־3, תשנ״ו־7, תשנ״ט־7, תשס״ח־9, תשע״ח־9
נוהג רכב מן הסוג המנוי בהגדרה ”רכב ביטחון“ או כל הנוסע בו, לא יפיץ אור מהבהב בפנס שהותקן בו לפי תקנה 62 ולא ישמיע אות אזעקה בסירנה, אלא בשעת מילוי תפקידו ובלבד שהדבר דרוש לשם מילוי התפקיד.
