22. תחולה
הוראות פרק א׳ ו־ג׳ יחולו על אלה בלבד:
(1)מנפיק שהוא חברה הרשומה בישראל או שעסקיה בישראל;
(2)מי שמנפיק כרטיסי חיוב ללקוח ישראלי והמען למסירת הכרטיס הוא בישראל; בפסקה זו, ”לקוח ישראלי“ – אזרח ישראלי או בעל רשיון לישיבת קבע או לישיבת ארעי בישראל, כמשמעותה בחוק הכניסה לישראל, התשי״ב–1952.
