37א18. אצילת סמכויות
תיקון: תשע״ב־6, תשפ״א, תשפ״ב־2
המנהל רשאי לאצול לסגן המנהל הכללי לענייני פיקוח ואכיפה במשרד התקשורת את סמכותו להטיל עיצום כספי לפי סעיף 37א2 בשל הפרת הוראה המפורטת בחלקים א׳, ב׳ או ה׳ של התוספת הרביעית ולפי סעיפים 37א3 עד 37א4ג.
