37ד. דרישת העיצום הכספי ותשלומו
תיקון: תש״ס־2, תשס״א־2, תשע״ב־6
עיצום כספי ישולם על פי דרישה בכתב מאת המנהל או מאת יושב ראש המועצה, לפי הענין, בתוך 30 ימים ממועד קבלתה; הדרישה תוצא לאחר שנמסרה לבעל הרישיון לשידורים הודעה בכתב על הכוונה להוציאה, וניתנה לו הזדמנות להשמיע את טענותיו.
