42. שמירת תניות אחידות
תיקון: תשמ״ח
שום דבר האמור בפרק זה לא יגרע מתניות בין בעל חסינות לבין מקבל שירות, ובלבד שנתקיימו בהן כל אלה:
(1)הן מותנות עם כלל מקבלי השירות או סוגים שלהם;
(2)הן אושרו בידי בית הדין לפי חוק החוזים האחידים, התשמ״ג–1982;
(3)הן פורסמו ברשומות.
