13. ייחוד העיסוק והתואר
(א)לא יעסוק אדם בשומת מקרקעין דרך שירות לכל בשכר, אלא אם כן הוא שמאי מקרקעין.
(ב)העוסק בשומת מקרקעין בניגוד להוראות סעיף קטן (א), דינו – קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין, התשל״ז–1977 (להלן – חוק העונשין).
(ג)המתחזה לשמאי מקרקעין או המשתמש בתואר שמאי מקרקעין או בכינוי דומה העשוי ליצור רושם שהוא שמאי מקרקעין, והוא אינו שמאי מקרקעין, דינו – מאסר שנה או קנס כאמור בסעיף 61(א)(4) לחוק העונשין.
