20. השעייה מכהונה
השר רשאי להשעות חבר ועדת משמעת מכהונתו על ידי מסירת הודעה על כך בהתקיים אחת מאלה:
(1)הוא הועמד לדין משמעתי לפי חוק, לרבות חוק זה – עד לסיום ההליכים המשפטיים נגדו;
(2)הוגש נגדו כתב אישום בשל עבירה כאמור בסעיף 19(ב)(2) – עד למתן פסק דין סופי.
