27. מותב חסר
(א)נעדר חבר ועדה, שאינו היושב ראש, מישיבה, יתקיים הדיון באותה ישיבה לפני חברי הועדה הנוכחים (להלן – מותב חסר), אם הסכים לכך הנקבל, זולת אם החליט היושב ראש לדחות את הדיון.
(ב)דיון שנערך במותב חסר יימשך ויסתיים באותו מותב, זולת אם סבר יושב ראש הועדה כי השתתפותו של החבר שנעדר תועיל לדיון ולא יהיה בכך עיוות דין.
(ג)החלטה במותב חסר שנחלקו בו הדעות תתקבל על פי דעתו של יושב ראש הועדה.
