7. שליחות נסתרת
לא ידע הצד השלישי בשעת הפעולה על קיומה של השליחות, או לא ידע את זהותו של השולח, תחייב פעולת השלוח את השולח והשלוח יחד ולחוד ותזכה את השלוח בלבד; אולם יכול השולח לאמץ לעצמו זכויות השלוח כלפי הצד השלישי, זולת אם הדבר נוגד את הזכות לפי מהותה, תנאיה, או נסיבות הענין.
