1. הגדרות
בחוק זה –
”בן משפחה“ – בן זוג, ילד, הורה, אח, אחות, או בן משפחה אחר שהיה תלוי בנפגע תאונת דרכים;
”נפגע תאונת דרכים“ – אדם שנפטר כתוצאה מתאונת דרכים;
”תאונת דרכים“ – כהגדרתה בחוק פיצויים לנפגעי תאונות דרכים, התשל״ה–1975;
”השר“ – שר העבודה והרווחה.
