7. סייג לתחולה
חוק זה לא יחול על בני משפחתו של מי שנפגע בתאונת דרכים –
(1)בתקופת שירותו הצבאי ועקב שירותו;
(2)בפגיעת איבה, כהגדרתה בחוק התגמולים לנפגעי פעולות איבה, התש״ל–1970.
