תיקון: תשס״ד, תשע״ח
שוטר רשאי להיכנס למקום ולערוך בו חיפוש, בלא צו שופט, אם יש לו יסוד להניח, על סמך תלונה מטעם מפקח, שבאותו מקום מופעל, או הופעל זה מקרוב, מכשיר אלחוטי שיש בהפעלתו כדי לגרום לשיבוש או להפרעה בתחום תדרים המיועד לקשר עם כלי טיס או לפעולת מכשיר עזר לתעופה או כדי לסכן חיי אדם.
