תיקון: תשס״ד, תשע״ח, תשפ״ב
ההוראות לפי פקודה זו, למעט פרק ה׳ ולמעט סעיף 13(א)(1א), ו־(ב) עד (ו), לא יחולו לגבי מכשיר אלחוטי או תחנת אלחוט המוחזקים או מופעלים בידי כוחות הביטחון או הנמצאים בפיקוחם.
