4יח. מפרט טכני לעניין מכשיר במסלול אישור
תיקון: תשע״ח
קבע השר לפי סעיף 4ט(א) כי אחד מהתנאים למסלול אישור הוא עמידתו של המכשיר האלחוטי במפרט טכני מסוים, יראו את המכשיר כעומד בתנאי האמור גם אם הוא עומד במפרט טכני אחר שאישר המנהל לעניין זה; המנהל יפרסם הודעה על אישור מפרט לפי סעיף זה ברשומות ובאתר האינטרנט של המשרד.
