השר, המנהל, או עובד המשרד שהשר הסמיך לכך ומתקיים בו האמור בסעיף 11א(ב)(1) רשאי לדרוש מבעל רישיון, מבעל אישור התאמה כהגדרתו בסעיף 6ד וממי שעוסק בסחר במכשירים אלחוטיים, למסור לו, במועד, במתכונת ובאופן שיורה לו, כל מידע הנחוץ לשם הפעלת סמכויות השר או המנהל לפי פקודה זו או כדי להקל את ביצוען.
