5י. החלטת ועדת התדרים לעניין הקצאת תדרים
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)ועדת התדרים לא תקצה תדר שהתקבלה לגביו החלטה בוועדה, אלא בתום 21 ימים מיום קבלת ההחלטה.
(ב)הוראות סעיף קטן (א) לא יחולו אם שוכנעה ועדת התדרים כי יש צורך מיידי להקצות תדר שהתקבלה לגביו החלטה בוועדה; ואולם לעניין החלטה להקצות תדר שקיבל חבר הוועדה שנאצלה לו סמכות לפי סעיף 5ח – יחליט יושב ראש ועדת התדרים בדבר הקצאה בשל צורך מיידי כאמור.
