6יא. סכומים מופחתים
תיקון: תשע״ח
(א)המנהל אינו רשאי להטיל עיצום כספי בסכום הנמוך מהסכומים הקבועים בסעיף 6ה או בתוספת הראשונה, אלא במקרים, בנסיבות ובהתאם לשיקולים המפורטים בתוספת השנייה ובשיעורים הקבועים בה.
(ב)השר, ולעניין רישיון לתחנה בכלי טיס – שר התחבורה והבטיחות בדרכים, רשאי, בצו, לשנות את התוספת השנייה; צו כאמור ייקבע בהסכמת שר המשפטים ובאישור ועדת הכלכלה של הכנסת.
