תיקון: תשס״ד, תשע״ח
המפעיל מכשיר אלחוטי, בלא רישיון, באחד מאלה, דינו – מאסר חמש שנים; עשה כן ברשלנות, דינו – מאסר שלוש שנים:
(1)בתחום תדרים המיועד לקשר עם כלי ים או לפעולת מכשיר עזר לתעופה;
(2)בנסיבות אחרות שיש בהן כדי לגרום לשיבוש או להפרעה לקשר עם כלי טיס או לפעולת מכשיר עזר לתעופה.
