מיום הפרסום לא יהיה ניתן להמשיך או לפתוח בשום הליך נגד הרשות, אלא ברשות המפרק ובתנאים שיקבע; לעניין זה, ”הליך“ – כהגדרתו בסעיף 350ב(א) לחוק החברות, בשינויים המחויבים.
