25. זכות לקבל מידע
תיקון: תשע״ה־2
חבר מועצה רשאי לבדוק את מסמכי תאגיד השידור הישראלי ואת רישומיו ולקבל העתקים מהם בתוך זמן סביר, וכן לבדוק את נכסי תאגיד השידור הישראלי והתחייבויותיו, ככל שהדבר דרוש למילוי חובותיו כחבר המועצה; העברת המסמכים והרישומים ובדיקת הנכסים וההתחייבויות לפי סעיף זה, ייעשו באמצעות המנהל הכללי.
